Many thanks for yesterday, I learnt "heaps" and wish I had the opportunity to do this last year before my first Contest!!!!  Anyway, I will be heaps more confident next time.

Can I just say again how bloody awesome yesterday was!  Seriously, I already knew a little bit about all of the things Jo and Donna discussed, but to have it all consolidated into one day was so motivating for me.  Thankyou so much for bringing out the Seminar - it was also so good for me to meet the other girls who have been in my shoes before, starting from scratch.

I think I speak for everyone when I say GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even for those of us who have competed before it was good. It cemented things again and brought back a bit of competitive fire for those of us who have not competed for a few shows!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It helped me make a big decision on the weekend. The information on the federations was invaluable, that was one thing I was curious about.  Once again thankyou to Jo and Donna for the weekend.

Cant go another day without giving you some feedback on "Get Ready 2007" What a bloody great concept you have both put together. I loved everything about the day, from the chatting about tan to getting off our butts and posing. Although I have competed a couple of times, you've managed to hit the content of the day to suit all sorts, from beginners to intermediate to pro's. You can never stop learning. So thank you both for being so kind enough to SHARE your information and your experiences. It is very rare that people of your calibre are willing to actually chat about what in your opinion "works" when it comes to bearing your ''all'' on stage in a body building show. I feel very spoilt that I got so much out of yesterday! I recommend the seminar to anyone!!

Yesterday was so great . Jo and Donna are really genuine beautiful amazing women. There are so many people out there who do contest preps and charge the world and just dont deliver. I wish i had of done a seminar like yours when i was first starting as you learn so much. It was really informative so thankyou so much.
